This course is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and practical tools needed to establish a comprehensive and effective anti-corruption management system within their organizations.

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Understand the concepts and structure of an Anti-Corruption Management System, covering the full process from policy formulation to monitoring and evaluation

  • Assess corruption risks and develop effective control measures through hands-on workshops that can be directly applied within their organizations

  • Design an effective whistleblowing system and internal governance mechanisms

  • Learn best practices from case studies of leading organizations, both domestic and international

  • Gain a clear understanding of internationally recognized anti-corruption standards

  • Review practical examples of the updated New Minimum Requirements for CAC’s 71 Self-Assessment Checklists

  • Learn from real-world examples of anti-corruption policies, procedures, and appropriate internal control measures
