If we do nothing.......

If we work together as a Collective Action....

Corruption is one of the most challenging problems in Thailand. A deep-rooted patronage system, ineffective law enforcement, weak public governance, and a general acceptance of corruption as a way of life have all combined to create a systemic challenge.

Eradicating corruption in Thailand cannot be achieved through government mechanisms alone. It requires coordinated efforts from all stakeholders, including the private sector, to address the “supply side” of corruption.

Thai Private Sector Collective Action Against Corruption (CAC) serves as a platform for the private sector to actively participate in tackling corruption. Encouraging businesses to engage in this effort, and supporting organizations in developing robust anti-corruption policies and preventive mechanisms, can significantly reduce the risks associated with bribery.

CAC aims to build a strong coalition that supports Thai businesses in elevating their standards of anti-corruption practices and corporate governance. In addition, CAC is committed to addressing challenges within public service delivery by collaborating with the public sector, private sector, and civil society to drive meaningful and tangible change.
